Since January 2023, Frank has held the role of Deputy Senior Quality Assessor and Consultant at PwC in Accra. In this position, he upholds rigorous quality standards for entrepreneurship projects, examining processes to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. His work involves scrutinizing reports and plans for accuracy, identifying potential hazards, and developing proactive strategies to safeguard project integrity. This role has honed his ability to align initiatives with legal frameworks while fostering sustainable business growth.
As the Founding and Managing Member of Wekplace since June 2019, Frank has transformed the company into a leading provider of Employer of Record (EOR) services across Africa. Based in Legon, Accra, he expanded operations to 10 African countries, boosting client acquisition by 35% within two years. Frank streamlined onboarding for international clients, slashing processing times by 40% and elevating employee satisfaction. His leadership ensured 100% compliance with local labor laws in 15 markets over five years, including implementing a digital payroll system that reduced errors by 50% and operational costs by 20%. Additionally, he forged partnerships with government agencies and legal firms to enhance service delivery and minimize risks.
Frank’s tenure at the SWEB Foundation spanned over four years, where he made significant strides in fundraising and project management. From July 2018 to December 2019, as Senior Project Consultant for Fundraising & Business Development in Accra, he managed the Ghana Disability Business Forum, benefiting over 200 disabled individuals in the Ashanti region through entrepreneurship training in collaboration with international NGOs. He developed customized business plans, led funding discussions with Ghanaian and global organizations, and attracted international volunteers from Nigeria, Ivory Coast, and Germany to amplify project outcomes.
Frank’s early leadership shone during his time with Enactus at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi. As Team Manager from May 2014 to June 2015, he oversaw five impactful projects, including the Hope for Kayayie Project, Hershey Cocoa Nursery Project, Rural Beekeeping/Honey Production Project, Clean Employment Project, and Rural-Tech Waste Energy Project. He secured funding for national expositions, reorganized the Business Advisory Board, and earned a nomination for the Vice-Chancellor’s Awards’ Organisation of the Year. Prior to that, as Assistant Team Manager for Project and Innovation from May 2012 to May 2014, Frank implemented initiatives in rural education, sanitation, cosmetics production, and cocoa nurseries. He coordinated seminars with Databank Investment, promoted Enactus merchandise at trade shows, and fostered collaborations that enhanced financial literacy and community participation.
