Frank serves as the Africa Workforce Lead at Wekplace and President of the Rotary Club in Accra, Ghana. During his 4 years and 7 months at the SWEB Foundation, Frank made significant impacts in disability inclusion. As Senior Project Consultant from July 2018 to December 2019, he managed the Ghana Disability Business Forum, benefiting over 200 disabled individuals in the Ashanti region through entrepreneurship fostering and secured $200,000 in funding from donors. As Projects Manager from June 2015 to June 2018, he trained 45 unemployed disabled adolescents in mushroom farming, beekeeping, and honey production, developed business plans for self-sufficiency, and attracted international volunteers from Nigeria, Ivory Coast, and Germany to enhance project outcomes.
Frank was involved with Enactus at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology for 3 years and 2 months. As Team Manager from May 2014 to June 2015, he led five projects including the Hope for Kayayie Project and Rural Beekeeping/Honey Production Project, secured funding for national expositions, reorganized the Business Advisory Board, and earned a nomination for the Vice-Chancellor’s Awards’ Organisation of the Year. As Assistant Team Manager from May 2012 to May 2014, he implemented initiatives in rural education, sanitation, and cosmetics production, coordinated seminars with Databank Investment, and promoted Enactus merchandise at trade shows.
Frank holds a Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Oulu. He also studied at the School of Medical Sciences at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi. His foundational education includes a High School Diploma (WASSCE) from Adisadel College.
Frank’s top skills include Leadership, Management, and Microsoft Excel. These enable him to direct projects, support strategic alliances, supervise employees across departments, and facilitate production and marketing processes.
